Nick is a Founding Partner of Diversified Properties. He has been involved in the acquisition, planning and construction of over 10,000 residential units throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Nick’s 35-year history includes brokerage, construction, construction management, finance and property management. Nick began his career as a Project Manager for various Manhattan-based real estate developers. Projects have included a new mid-rise residential tower and a 40-story building at Lexington and 57th Street. Nick went on to be President of real estate subsidiaries for a New Jersey based Polifly Savings & Loan where he was responsible for loan workouts and liquidation of joint ventures and REO. In 1992, Nick co-founded Pinnacle Communities, an affiliated Garden Homes Company based in Short Hills, NJ.
With Pinnacle, Nick’s work included luxury custom single-family homes, townhomes, condominium communities, active adult communities, as well as multi-family apartment rentals, office buildings and retail space. In addition, he oversaw commercial acquisitions of existing apartment complexes, office buildings, industrial spaces and retail properties. In 1998, Nick became President of Westminster Communities, one of the largest private development companies in New Jersey. On an annual basis, the company was responsible for the construction of approximately 400 residential units per year. Nick currently serves as a board member, for ConnectOneBank (NASDAQ: CNOB). Additionally, Nick serves on ConnectOne Bank’s Corporate Governance Committee. Nick is a member of the Board of Trustees of Clara Maass Medical Center, a Robert Wood Johnson/St. Barnabas affiliate. He also serves as a Trustee for the Summit Conservancy whose mission is sustainability.
Robert oversees financial reporting accounting, operations and human resources for Diversified Properties. He is an integral member of the management team and is responsible for the management of the expanding real estate holdings of Diversified Properties Robert has over twenty years of accounting and finance experience within the real estate industry. Prior to joining Diversified, he was the Controller at Aque Investment Group as well as Accounting Manager for Ironstate Development. Robert has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
Chuck has been involved in real estate for over 30 years since graduating Hamilton College in 1976 with degrees in economics and history. Over that time, he has been largely focused on developing residential and mixed-use projects in the New York metropolitan region. Recently, Chuck was Vice President of Real Estate Development at CareOne, a leading provider of senior healthcare services throughout the northeast and Midwest.
Prior to joining CareOne, Chuck was Managing Director of the Community Development Group for Kaplan Companies, where he successfully implemented a business strategy aimed at capturing redevelopment opportunities within New Jersey’s second and third-tier communities. During his tenure with Kaplan, the company was designated as “redeveloper” on eight projects involving over 3,000 residential units and more than 400,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space throughout the state. Previously, Chuck was a Regional Director at Garden Homes, where he was instrumental in the site acquisition, design and development of more than 2,000 units of multifamily housing in New Jersey and Connecticut.

Read BioSince 1979, Anthony has worked for several of the most recognized builders, contractors and developers in the Tri-State area. Over the past 40 years, Anthony has performed and managed all aspects of the construction and development process ensuring projects are completed on budget and on time.
After studying Civil Engineering at Clemson University and New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), Anthony’s construction career began in the early 80’s with Joseph A. Natoli Construction Corp. Anthony was responsible for all site improvement and building surveying and layout. Anthony continued his career with Garden State Land Group, responsible for all site improvement construction for all projects under construction.
Anthony later became the chief estimator/purchaser for Woodmont Properties before being promoted to Director of Construction and Assistant Project Manager for numerous projects. In early 2000, Anthony partnered with the owner of Garden State Land Group, Joe Millstein, to form the BCM Development Company, a land entitlement and development company.
Anthony started his tenure with Diversified Properties and its related companies in 2013, as Director of Construction and subsequently promoted to VP of Construction. Anthony is responsible for oversight of all construction activities for numerous projects.
At Morris Construction Management, an affiliated Diversified Company, Anthony remains responsible for all construction operations for the company from initial budgeting and forecasting to Certificate of Occupancy.

Read BioSteven has extensive experience in all aspects of land-use, planning and development including site grading, storm water management, zoning compliance and environmental permitting issues. His vast experience in multi-family residential includes development of low and midrise vertical structures from massing concepts through construction. As a development executive, he has had overall responsibility for real estate projects from concept development through transition. Steven is intimate in code compliance and the development of innovative, cost effective building structures. As a manager, developer and former municipal engineer, Steven has been responsible for development and delivery of on time and on budget construction projects throughout his 30-year career.
Steven’s real estate development experience includes due diligence and design oversight in commercial and residential project approvals. This includes project management, owner’s representation, and professional testimony in front of various municipal, county, state and utility boards, governing bodies and authorities.
Steven is a professional engineer and also experienced in forensic investigations, development of remediation solutions, design, and project management for building and site-related engineering and construction work. His experience includes analysis, design, inspections, and development of repair solutions for site and building components and systems in both residential and commercial construction including low, mid, and high-rise structures.
Steven has received his professional accreditation in the United States Green Building Counsel’s LEED program. This is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design construction and operation of high-performance green buildings. He is well versed in requirements for building LEED certification in current sustainable building construction practices including, site design and renewable energy resources. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Engineering Degree from the University of Vermont.
